Returns and Refunds

In case you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  • It is possible to communicate your intention to make a return by sending an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw to GFM Srl company to the addresses indicated on the Site (info@tagliovivo.it) by requesting the withdrawal form from Customer Care and then following the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation e-mail to complete the procedure.
  • We will send a confirmation e-mail containing the return form to be included in the box, a sheet with the warehouse’s address to be printed and applied to the outside of the package, and instructions for returning the product.
  • Insert the completed return form in the box along with the product (s) to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, original packaging, and any attached manuals, labels, and tags still attached to the product.
  • Prepare the box by applying the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside. The destination is:

The return of the items to GFM srl must take place without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you made the withdrawal request. The deadline is met if the goods have been shipped before the expiry of the 14 days period. For safety, always keep the shipping receipt.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In the case of a Return for Withdrawal, the return must be made at the care, expense, and risk of the consumer (parcels on delivery or port assigned will be rejected). The return will be under the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse. The products’ substantial integrity is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal: the Products must be returned with the original packaging, perfectly intact, and with the documentation received upon delivery. You will not be entitled to withdraw in the following cases: supply of tailor-made or customized products, or which by their very nature, can not be returned.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

If you return a wrong, damaged, or defective product, the returning shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, we will also refund the amount relating to the logistics costs incurred for the order’s return delivery if the returned product is the only one present in the order. Furthermore, the transport costs for the return will not be charged. Note that we cannot consider a “defect” of the product its size, length, handle length, or any of the proper characteristics of the bag/wallet/sandals.

REFUND:

We will manage the return within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timings may vary due to transport delays in the case of holidays or force majeure; however, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify if the product was returned by default, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. If the buyer decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, all payments made for the returned items will be reimbursed. It is understood that we will charge you for any possible decrease in the value of the asset, in this case refunding you only the residual value of the product. The reimbursement takes approximately 30 (thirty) days from the check of the item carried out. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card or Paypal Express).

LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE:

In the event of defects and/or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product by repair or replacement or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by art. 130 of the Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request the repair or replacement, or refund of the item no later than 2 (two) months after discovery. According to and for the European Directive 44/99 / EC and articles 128 and ss. of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their delivery.

To return and request a refund in the event of an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph – “How to return” – reporting the defect and/or non-conformity found and attaching one or more images of the article in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.

Any authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-compliance, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return.
