Care
Vegetable-tanned leather is distinguished by the rich patina it develops over time, making each piece uniquely yours. Use your bag freely, but avoid contact with water and never soak the leather. If it does get wet, dry it promptly by gently spreading the moisture evenly across the surface. When caring for your bag, use products sparingly, as excessive application may cause stains to spread. To clean, apply a small amount of moisturizing cream with a soft cotton cloth, treating the entire surface evenly. This will nourish the leather and help extend its lifespan. Please note that this process may slightly darken the leather. If your bag features a shiny or polished finish, avoid this treatment, as it may reduce its luster. Natural variations in tone, shading, texture, as well as marks, scratches, and the evolving patina, are hallmarks of quality and part of the leather’s authentic aging process.
